Includes:
- Initial consultation to discuss your situation, objectives, and desired settlement outcome.
- Review of all relevant documents, including your employer’s draft settlement agreement or recent correspondence
- Drafting or reviewing a “Without Prejudice” negotiation letter to start discussions or respond to an offer. We negotiate until an agreement is reached or discussions are formally closed. This can include several letters.
- Legal analysis of settlement terms (payment, confidentiality, reference wording, waiver clauses, etc.).
- Negotiation support via email and/or ACAS where relevant.
- Information on tax-free compensation structure and finalisation steps.
- Guidance on signing and returning the final agreement safely and correctly.

Success-based uplift:
If, through our negotiation support, we secure an increased settlement figure, we charge 5% of the uplift only (the additional amount achieved above the original offer). There is no percentage fee on sums already offered.
This ensures our interests are aligned with yours — we only benefit if you do.
We’re not a traditional law firm, but we provide expert “unreserved” legal services.
Our team includes experienced legal professionals (some qualified solicitors/CILEX/law graduates). We hold professional indemnity insurance.
