Includes:

• Initial consultation to discuss your situation, objectives, and desired settlement outcome.

• Review of all relevant documents, including your employer’s draft settlement agreement or recent correspondence

• Drafting or reviewing a “Without Prejudice” negotiation letter to start discussions or respond to an offer. We negotiate until an agreement is reached or discussions are formally closed. This can include several letters.

• Legal analysis of settlement terms (payment, confidentiality, reference wording, waiver clauses, etc.).
• Negotiation support via email and/or ACAS where relevant.
• Information on tax-free compensation structure and finalisation steps.
• Guidance on signing and returning the final agreement safely and correctly.

• Success-based uplift:

  If, through our negotiation support, we secure an increased settlement figure, we charge 5% of the uplift only (the additional amount achieved above the original offer). There is no percentage fee on sums already offered.
