Is this you?

You already have an Employment Tribunal claim underway—or are preparing to bring one—and the case now involves substantial evidence, procedural deadlines, disputed facts and complex legal issues.

You may have strong documents and witnesses supporting your position, but need help turning everything into a clear, legally structured case that the Tribunal can follow.

This package provides comprehensive support with the substantive preparation of your case, bringing together your pleadings, evidence, legal arguments, financial losses and hearing strategy.

Rather than treating each document as a separate task, we build the case as a whole—ensuring every allegation is properly pleaded, supported by evidence and connected to the relevant legal tests

Includes:

Claim and pleadings review: We review your ET1, Particulars of Claim, amended pleadings and other key case documents to identify omissions, weaknesses and areas requiring clarification. If you are at the beginning of the process, we can draft and submit your ET1; if your claim is already underway, we review and strengthen the existing pleadings and advise on any amendments or further particulars required.

ET3 and Respondent case review: We review the employer’s formal response, identify the facts and legal issues in dispute, and advise you on the strengths, weaknesses and next procedural steps in your case.

Tribunal applications and case-management support:We assist with appropriate procedural applications and responses, including amendments, extensions of time, further information, compliance issues and other case-management matters arising during preparation.

Definitive chronology and case theory: We organise the key events into a clear chronology and develop the central case theory explaining what happened, why it was unlawful and how the evidence supports your position.

List of Issues: We prepare or review a structured List of Issues setting out the precise legal and factual questions the Tribunal will need to determine.

Detailed Schedule of Loss: We calculate and present the compensation claimed, including past and future earnings, pension loss, injury to feelings and, where appropriate, longer-term career-loss considerations.

Witness statement drafting and review: We help transform your evidence into a focused, persuasive witness statement that addresses the relevant legal issues without becoming repetitive, overly emotional or unfocused.

Full evidence review: We review the principal documents supporting your case, including grievance, investigation, disciplinary, appeal, redundancy, capability, sickness-absence and other relevant employment records.

Disclosure organisation and strategy: We help organise your documents into a clear structure, identify what must be disclosed and determine which documents should be requested from the Respondent.

Tribunal bundle preparation support: We assist with identifying, selecting and organising the documents required for an effective and usable Tribunal hearing bundle.

Medical and psychiatric evidence guidance: We advise on the medical evidence that may be required, including disability evidence, causation, psychiatric injury and the evidential requirements for related compensation claims.

Preliminary and final hearing preparation:We help you understand what the Tribunal will expect, the issues likely to arise and how your case should be presented at each stage.

Your case, built as one coherent legal argument

A Tribunal claim is not won simply by producing a large volume of documents or describing everything that went wrong.

The allegations must satisfy the relevant legal tests. The evidence must be organised. The losses must be properly calculated. Every important document must have a clear purpose.

This package brings those elements together, giving you a professionally structured case that is ready to progress towards hearing.

This package covers the substantive preparation of the case through to hearing readiness. It does not include representation or advocacy at a Tribunal hearing, barrister or expert fees, or unlimited drafting arising from significant new claims, evidence or procedural developments. Any work falling outside the agreed scope will be discussed before additional charges are incurred.

We’re not a traditional law firm, but we provide expert “unreserved” legal services. Our team includes experienced legal professionals (some qualified solicitors/CILEX/law graduates). We hold professional indemnity insurance.
